“The problem with the world, with us, is contentment. We think money, cars, romance, and vacations will fill that void. But it never lasts. What we really want are the emotions we think those things will bring us. The issue is that our emotions can’t be fixed by people, places, or things. Emotions are spiritual. The truth of emotions point us to God and that truth points us to relationship with Jesus. The promise Jesus has for us when we walk with Him is a life overflowing with fulfillment… way beyond content! (John 10:10). Our emotions are a bi-product of our spiritual health. When Jesus cures our soul, we live the life we were destined for. Fruitful.”
MY STORY
I became deeply obsessed with one question: How do we actually attain the fruit of the Spirit? Not just talk about it — but truly live it.
A few years ago, when my life completely fell apart, I realized something terrifying: I had built an outwardly successful life — but inwardly, I didn't have real peace. I didn't have real joy. I didn't have the kind of spiritual foundation that could survive suffering.
About three years ago, I lost my business. I lost my home. I lost my marriage. And honestly… I almost lost myself. If it wasn't for my children, I'm not sure I would still be here.
Before all of that happened, I had everything I thought I wanted. The cars. The house. Money. Status. A successful business. A beautiful family. From the outside, it looked like I had won. But internally, my life was still built on sand.
When the storm hit, I realized: success without the fruit of the Spirit still leaves the soul starving.
So I went into monk mode.
God led me on a deep search, not just into Scripture, but into history. From the apostles to the early church, through 2000 years of believers who found genuine healing and transformation through union with Jesus. I read nearly a book a week, writers from every decade who discovered what modern psychology is only beginning to name: that the soul heals through passionate relationship with Christ.
Before modern therapy existed, people found peace, wholeness, and freedom through Jesus. That's not a coincidence. That's the design.
What struck me most was a verse where Jesus says that to be His disciple, you must love Him so completely that your love for family looks like hate by comparison. I have kids, I can't hate my kids. But what He's revealing is this: love for God can grow so exponentially that it doesn't diminish your love for others, it multiplies it. Love reorders the soul. It produces the very fruit we're all desperate for.
I studied these passionate lovers of Christ. I walked through their trials. I found the same healing for myself.
The abundant life isn't a self-improvement plan. It's a deep, consuming relationship with Jesus, the only source that actually works. Not just a way. The Way. And truly the best life available to any of us.
My mission is simple: share what I've learned, so you don't have to search as long as I did.
